All orders are hand-packed at our sugarhouse in Cambridge, Vermont. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST ship within 24 to 48 hours.

3. Glass Bottle Protection Guarantee
We use custom recyclable molded pulp bottle protectors designed specifically for heavy glass bottles. In the rare event that a bottle arrives damaged, simply email a photo to info@northwoodssugarworks.shop and we will dispatch a replacement immediately at zero cost.
