We take enormous pride in every small-batch bottling we produce. If for any reason you are not completely enchanted with the flavor of our syrups or provisions, let us know within 30 days of receipt and we will provide a full refund or replacement.

2. Returns Process

To initiate a return or request assistance with an order, please email info@northwoodssugarworks.shop with your order number. Because maple syrup is a food product, opened bottles do not need to be physically shipped back.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe within 3-5 business days upon approval.
